What is the minimum order?

20 pieces of the same model and the same size. Mixed models or mixed sizes are not accepted within this minimum order.

How quickly can an order dispatch?

The fastest dispatch time for a 20-piece order is 7 days. This is not a guaranteed schedule or a delivery time. Please confirm the production schedule and timing basis with Ewin before ordering.

What does the quotation include?

We normally quote EXW. Freight, import duties and local taxes are excluded unless expressly included in the written quotation. Final pricing follows the confirmed model, dimensions, materials, quantity and packing.

How are quality issues handled?

Send photos and videos showing the quality issue for review. Confirmed quality issues receive free replacement products, dispatched together with your next shipment. Please contact Ewin to arrange the replacement.

Are flame-retardant materials standard?

All mattress models use flame-retardant materials as standard. Supplier-provided supporting test documentation is available on request. This does not constitute finished-mattress certification for every model; applicability must be confirmed for the chosen specification and destination market.

What should I send for a quotation?

Share your target country, model, exact dimensions in centimetres, quantity, preferred firmness and packing requirements. Sample arrangements and payment terms will be confirmed in your quotation.
